I’m passionate about helping women grow their careers and feel proud of who they are. With 20 years of experience in the tech world, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be when someone believes in you. Having experienced the power of support from mentors and colleagues who saw my potential, I know how much confidence and pride it can bring when people invest in your success.
In the workshops I run, I focus on building confidence, fostering connections, and showing women how to use their strengths to shine. It’s not about highlighting what’s missing, but about celebrating what’s already there and helping women take the next step forward with pride and purpose.
I believe that success is both about individual achievement and creating communities where we lift each other up. My goal is to help build healthy workplaces where people working together create great value for society and themselves, where women, regardless of their background, feel supported, valued, and ready to make their mark.
