She leads high-performing teams in implementing innovative technology and service solutions that enable talent strategies, enhance employee experiences, and streamline operations, while also developing robust analytics frameworks that inform decision-making, manage operational and regulatory risks, and craft compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Central to her leadership philosophy is the belief that building and nurturing the right organizational culture drives performance and engagement, fostering inclusive, collaborative environments where every team member feels valued and empowered. Beyond her professional role, she is passionate about the education and empowerment of women and teenage girls in underserved communities, working to help them realize their potential and advocating for equitable access to education and resources. In her personal time, she enjoys watching and playing tennis, hosting family and friends, and reading a good book. She currently lives in Georgia, USA with her husband, three children, and her mum.
