Weekly Curriculum
The Women & Money Workshop by The Money Charity is an interactive, impartial session designed to help women navigate unique financial challenges and debunk common "money myths." Participants will explore their personal relationship with money, gain practical tools for managing debt and credit and learn the fundamentals of saving and investing. It’s an empowering space focused on boosting confidence and providing the clear signposting needed to take control of your financial future. |
The Budgeting & Keeping Track workshop is a practical session designed to help you take the guesswork out of your finances by establishing clear money goals and identifying personal spending triggers. You'll learn how to create a realistic budget, prioritise your spending, and discover savvy ways to reduce costs and boost your income. It’s an interactive guide to gaining control over your day-to-day money, helping you feel more confident and secure in your financial decisions. |
The Saving & Investing workshop focuses on building long-term financial resilience by exploring the benefits of saving and the various ways to make your money go further. The session demystifies the world of finance by unpacking investment jargon, explaining the basics of how investments work, and providing clarity on pensions. |
This final session focuses on long-term financial structuring and security. It introduces participants to more advanced aspects of personal finance, including how to plan for retirement, protect their income and assets, and make informed decisions about the future of their wealth. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how pensions work, why they are essential for long-term financial stability, and how to begin planning for retirement early. The session will also explore key financial protection tools, helping participants understand how to safeguard their income and assets as they grow.
In addition, the session introduces the fundamentals of estate planning, including the role of wills and the importance of making clear decisions about how assets are managed and passed on. This is approached in a practical and accessible way, ensuring participants

Empower Her is a 4-week intensive hybrid programme created for women who are ready to move beyond ideas and start building.
Too many brilliant ideas never see the light of day, not because they lack potential, but because there is no clear structure to bring them to life.
This programme bridges that gap.
Through a combination of expert-led sessions, practical exercises, and real-world insights, participants are guided step-by-step from idea stage to execution readiness.

Empower Her is a structured 4-week programme designed to support women in transforming early-stage ideas into viable and sustainable business concepts.
The programme combines expert-led sessions, practical exercises, peer learning, and real-world exposure to guide participants from idea development to execution and visibility.
Weekly Curriculum
This first stage of the programme focuses on helping participants move from having a general idea to developing a clearer and more structured business concept. Participants will also be guided on how to begin validating their ideas.
Participants will explore the role of storytelling in business and how their personal experiences, motivations, and values can shape the narrative behind their brand. This helps participants move beyond generic descriptions and begin to communicate their businesses in a more authentic and compelling way.
The third stage introduces participants to the practical aspects of running a business. Participants will explore the key activities involved in managing a business, including delivery, customer management, and operations.
The final stage focuses on helping participants prepare for growth and opportunity. Participants will learn how to structure a business pitch and communicate their ideas clearly.
