In today’s professional landscape, many women struggle to articulate their values and build a personal brand that reflects their unique strengths and aspirations. Whether in interviews, meetings, or leadership roles, self-doubt often silences powerful stories that deserve to be heard. Connecting Stories identified the need to empower women to take ownership of their narratives and use their voices with clarity and confidence.
What We Did
Own Your Story. Own the Room. was designed as a transformative virtual experience to help women embrace authenticity and master the art of storytelling as a tool for influence. Through guided sessions, participants explored how to identify their core values, align their personal and professional identities, and communicate their stories with impact.
The event brought together 54 registered attendees, many of whom shared that the session helped them gain a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose. Over 80% left feeling empowered to define and communicate their personal brands in a way that resonates and inspires.
The most valuable part of the event was learning the value of building a personal brand.
